What's Cooking?
We've all asked it: "Wow - this is so good!? Can I have the recipe?" And yet the follow-through is often forgotten, or you get the recipe and then when you really want it, you've misplaced it.
I might be able to help out a little...at least for friends who've come to a party and wanted the recipe for something someone else has cooked. Be it a family recipe, a recipe you got out of a magazine and modified, or just something you whipped up - if you brought it to one of our parties/get-togethers, please feel free to send it to me and I'll post it here. I really don't expect an overwhelming list of recipes to accumulate, but hey, if it does, cool!
Often requested recipes include Raida's orzo pasta salad, Raida's fondue, Randy's lemon pound cake, Jay's meatballs and sauce, Dave's sweet corn cake (a la Chi Chi's), the meringue mushrooms from the Christmas party, and my tortilla wraps. I'm nagging folks for their recipes, so hopefully more will show up here soon! (And hey, if you're a recipe contributor, and if you have access to a picture of your final cooked product, we could add that as well!)
