There's a slow batch of potato plants in the middle there - but they're finally coming up. Just added the second layer of straw to the potatoes - figure I'll add more as they get taller - supposed to be able to grow "straw potatoes" that way. Just reach into the straw and pull out spuds once they start doing their thing - should be cleaner, right?
